From the dephts of the Dragon Empire, a cold wind flows through all of Cray.
Dragonic Overlord, leader of Clan Kagero and all of Dragon Empire is in revolt.
Ice-demon Fantasy Petal Storm, Shirayuki, who has dragons blood running through her veins, was caught by the Stride-phenomenon and was turned into her demon-goddess form Cosmetic Snowfall, Shirayuki.
Now out of control, her rampage is covering Cray with snow and ice.

Enraged, Dragonic Overlord sent out the Magatsu Stealth Dragon Clan in order to defeat Shirayuki.
Covert Demonic Dragon, Magatsu Typhoon, 12th Kage and Covert Demonic Dragon, Magatsu Storm, 13th Kage of the Magatsu Clan will now wage battle using their techniques of ninjutsu and cloning of the meteor rain.

However, nine-tailed fox Platinum Blond Fox Spirit, Tamamo is using his illusions in order to conceil Shirayuki.
Tamamo sent out his legion of Stealth Beast, Flame Fox to search for and find a suitable Vanguard who could be able to turn Shirayuki back to her normal self and defend her from the Magatsu Clan.

Vanguard, face the challenge, ride the Ushimitsu Train, save Cray and Shirayuki!
